Final renderings of “Double Vision” a vacation/stay-cation home by designer Clay Adams.

A beautiful design- this soon to be constructed narrow lot coastal features 1905 sq. ft of living area, 13 ft ceilings, spacious decks and covered patio areas, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, ground floor stall parking and storage and sturdy pole/pier construction. The mirror image plan will provide the owners many options as the plan serves equally well as a multi-family , live-in/rent, or larger single family residence. All digital render in a traditional watercolor style.

Unlike the 2D work we do which has relatively quick turnarounds...The high quality 3D illustrations (modeling/rendering) we produce take time to do well. Please contact me EARLY in your project planning- allowing sufficient lead time ensures that we can achieve the highest quality product at a reasonable rate. I would rather pass up a project with an unrealistic deadline, than turn out bad work in a hurry.

We can set it up anyway you like, but generally it goes like this.

4. Begin Design
5. First Client Review
6. Continued Design/Revise
7. Second Client Review
8. Continued Design/Revise
9. Final Client Review
10. Delivery of Finished Work to client.
